About the Role
Fempower Personnel is seeking a highly driven, ambitious and dynamic Senior Recruiter with experience in IT and SAP to join our team. As a Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle from business development and client engagement to candidate placement and post-hire follow-up. You will partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical and cultural requirements, proactively identify and engage top IT and SAP talent across multiple platforms, and build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for both contract and permanent roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from business development and client engagement to candidate placement and post-hire follow-up
- Partner with hiring managers and clients to understand their technical and cultural requirements
- Proactively identify and engage top IT and SAP talent across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting)
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for both contract and permanent roles
- Conduct detailed technical interviews and competency assessments to ensure strong candidate-client alignment
- Negotiate offers, manage counteroffers, and guide candidates through the onboarding process
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in Information Technology (IT) recruitment, with a strong focus on Systems, Applications and Products in Data Processing (SAP) recruitment
- Experience in sourcing, screening, matching, and interviewing candidates for IT and SAP specialist roles
- Proven track record of successful placements and achieving/exceeding monthly and annual targets
- Proficiency with recruitment platforms such as Placement Partner, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) systems
