About the Role
Automotive Replacement Parts Specialist is a permanent, full-time position at Eastern Personnel Consultants CC, seeking an energetic salesperson with extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts to provide exceptional customer service and generate sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in understanding products and identifying solutions to fit their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service over the counter, online, or any other platform
- Generate sales and renewals while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels
- Manage customer relationships and build long-term partnerships
Requirements
- Must be a South African citizen with a clean criminal background and ITC (no bad debt)
- Stable work record
- Extensive knowledge of vehicle replacement parts
Qualifications
- Completed Matric or equivalent qualification
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R 12,000 – R 15,000+ Commission based on GP. Benefits include Pension Fund, Medical Aid, and December Bonus.
