About the Role
Isilumko Staffing is seeking an Auditor/Junior Auditor to conduct comprehensive audits on all relevant Supply Chain Procurement contracts and systems (specifically Road Logistics) in alignment with all applicable Governance requirements. The successful candidate will identify, obtain, and upload all missing and relevant information and documentation into the appropriate systems in response to audit findings.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft and document a detailed process flow for all relevant systems
- Conduct audits on applicable contracts and systems in accordance with the approved process flow and governance requirements
- Analyse system data, contract information, and process compliance to ensure alignment with governance and regulatory standards
- Identify control and governance gaps: Detect and document control failures, governance shortcomings, and any process deviations observed during the audit of contracts, systems, and related activities
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant experience in auditing or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills for working with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in software applications including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams, and related applications (SAP experience an advantage)
Qualifications
- 3 or 4-year relevant university degree
