Sales Executive: Civil & Precast Concrete – Zwavelpoort – Infrastructure & Construction

The Opportunity

If you enjoy working with civil contractors, precast manufacturers, and project teams, this role offers you a clear path to grow your career. With an OTE of R50 000 R80 000 + Car Allowance, you earn well while building long-term relationships in the infrastructure and construction sector. The Company

Our client is a long-standing engineering and construction solutions provider with a strong presence in waterproofing, geosynthetics, civil works, and engineered concrete applications. They support major municipal, industrial, mining, and property development projects, offering a wide range of products and technical project services. Their mission is to give clients a single point of contact for engineered solutions that make construction and infrastructure projects easier, safer, and more reliable.

What Youll Be Doing

Drive new business across civil and precast markets in the region.
Present concrete, geosynthetic, and waterproofing solutions to contractors and developers.
Support tender and RFQ submissions with clear technical and pricing details.
Visit sites, attend client meetings, and assess project needs.
Manage CRM updates, forecasts, and sales pipeline activity.

Experience & Qualifications

Proven experience in civil, precast, construction materials, geosynthetics, or infrastructure sales.
Ability to read drawings and understand technical specifications.
Strong network with contractors, engineers, developers, or municipal buyers.
Valid drivers licence and comfort with regular travel.
Experience with civil engineering sales, precast concrete, construction materials, geosynthetics, waterproofing systems, municipal project selling, tender support, and client relationship management is beneficial.
