About the Role

The Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their team in Mokopane. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for managing HR systems, including Sage and Xtime, and providing support to the mining environment. You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage HR systems, including data integration issues
• Perform tasks related to HR Operations
• Implement and maintain SAPS regulations
• Provide training and guidance on HR policies

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in a similar position in an HR Mining environment
• Experience as an HR Assistant is advantageous
• Understanding of MS Office and data management tools
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities

Qualifications

• HR Diploma (Grade 12)
• MS Office experience and knowledge
