About the Role
The Limpopo Career Consortium (Limcaco) is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Plant Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations of metallurgical plants and projects, with a focus on PGM flotation and chrome recovery plant experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage metallurgical plants and projects
- Supervise and mentor team members
- Establish and maintain existing systems as and when necessary
- Develop and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with JV partners on dual corporate reporting
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience in metallurgical plants and projects
- At least 5 years of supervisory or management experience
- Good computer literacy (MS Office)
- Administration and housekeeping skills are essential
- Valid medical fitness certificate – Fit for movement in plants
- Code 8 drivers license and own transport
Qualifications
- Metallurgical or Chemical Engineering Degree or BTech Extraction Metallurgy or similar Postgraduate qualification would be advantageous
