About the Role
Assyrian Talent Forge is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our staffing agency, ensuring exceptional client experiences and driving business growth. With 20-25 hours of work per week, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to balance their career with other responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
• Onboard and train new team members (staffers) who will be directly engaging with clients.
• Guide clients through the onboarding process.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for any questions or challenges from clients or team members (staffers).
• Conduct monthly one-on-one check-ins with team members (staffers) (more frequent check-ins as needed).
• Regularly engage with clients to maintain strong relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring alignment with expectations and goals.
• Practice soft selling techniques (e.g., identifying additional areas where we can offer assistance).
• Join and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Drive team members (staffer’s) adherence to protocols and best practices.
• Drive customer retention and engagement.
• Hold regular check-ins with staffers to assess progress on milestones and communicate concerns to the CEO.
• Assist in onboarding key team members (staffers), ensuring process alignment from day one.
Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High emotional intelligence and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles or account management.
• Medical staffing background is preferred, but not required.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
