About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Operational Readiness Manager to lead operational readiness on major international mining projects. As a senior role, you will integrate engineering, construction, and commissioning for seamless start-up. If you have a strong understanding of logistics, legal/regulatory requirements, and interface management across all project phases (FEED → commissioning), we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
- 10–15 years in engineering & design, 7+ years in engineering management, project management, or commissioning management
- Multi-disciplinary team management: engineering, construction, commissioning, procurement
- Operational readiness experience preferred; exposure to production or underground mining advantageous
- Strong understanding of logistics, legal/regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Engineering degree in Metallurgical/Process, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Construction Management
- Fluent in technical Russian & English
