About the Role
Status Staffing is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Bellville. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for driving new business development and pipeline growth, sourcing candidates through online channels and networking, and managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish. You will have the opportunity to build strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in both Afrikaans and English
- Strong relationship-building abilities with a passion for people
- Resilient, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment
- Grade 12 qualification (any relevant additional qualifications will be advantageous)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams)
- Experience with CRM databases (Placement Partner experience is advantageous)
