About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a Personal Assistant, you will support the Branch/General Manager and/or Managing Director with personal tasks, administrative duties, report writing, file management, and communications – ensuring smooth daily operations and helping maximise productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal, administrative and personnel support to management.
- Assist in co-ordinating company events, functions and stock takes.
- Prepare and manage various reports, including sales, turnover, and stock updates.
- Oversee office maintenance, employee records, and office supplies.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Drivers licence will be required.
- Communication skills.
