Job Description
About the Role
The Lead Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing the team and delivering Preprocess and Process Trainings to all employees, as well as evaluating training feedback and providing recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of trainings.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the team
- Deliver Preprocess and Process Trainings to all employees
- Evaluate training feedback and provide recommendations
- Coach and mentor Operations trainers
- Manage and report on training activities
- Design and develop pre-process, Onboarding, and/or specialized training modules after need assessments for all Processes at the company
Requirements
- Graduate (in any stream) or diploma
- Total work experience should be a minimum of 5-6 years
- Minimum 1 year in the current role/assignment
- Experience in SETA functions
- Skills development Facilitator (SDF) experience
