About the Role

Sagen Advisory is recruiting on behalf of our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking accounting firm with an international footprint and a strong local presence. Our client’s team of 35 operates from offices in Cape Town, London, and Mossel Bay, with their founder leading from Ibiza. They specialize in providing comprehensive financial solutions to a diverse client base, from local businesses in the Garden Route to multinational corporations. Their mission is to blend global expertise with personalized, regional service.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality, consistent content showcasing our firm’s expertise and culture
Produce original short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) for social media
Design professional graphics and photographs for social media
Assist in writing articles, blogs, and newsletters
Capture and subtitle short videos of team members, events, and behind-the-scenes moments to highlight our global culture
Actively seek out and capture stories from our team in Mossel Bay, Cape Town, and London
Ensure all visual and written content aligns with our brand guidelines and professional voice

Requirements

Experience in a content creation, social media, or communications role
Proficiency in content creation tools like Canva or the Adobe Creative Suite
Skilled in video editing software for short-form content
Exceptional writing and storytelling skills in English
Proactive and independent mindset with the ability to manage own projects and deadlines
Curious mindset and willingness to learn about the accounting and finance industry

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher (if applicable)
3 years of experience in a content creation, social media, or communications role

Salary & Benefits

Between R8 000 and R15 000 per month, depending on qualifications and years of experience.
