About the Role

Spilastyle CC T/A Top Notch HR Solutions is seeking an experienced and skilled Vice President to lead our lithium salt plant operations in Zimbabwe and China. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving growth. Key Responsibilities

• Make production plan, co-ordinate the whole process operation, to ensure that OEE, yield, cost and other indicators meet the standard.
• Establish a safety culture, promote the landing of the quality system, and lead the analysis and improvement of major customer complaints.

• 8-10 years of experience in the chemical industry, with 3+ years as a production director in a lithium salt factory.
• Experience in lithium salt plant operations, preferably in Africa.
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities.
• The ability to adapt to a cross-cultural environment and work effectively in Southern Africa.

Annual Salary Range: 600K-800K, 12monthly
