About the Role
Dynamic Outsourced Solutions Pty. Ltd, a mining-services group on the East Rand, is seeking a seasoned and objective HR professional to own recruitment, onboarding, compliance, and daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of hands-on HR generalist experience in mining, engineering, or heavy industry, with a proven ability to stay neutral, discreet, and firmly aligned with company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for artisans, drivers, technical, specialist, and management roles (LinkedIn, PNet, networking)
- Conduct end-to-end onboarding for new hires (contracts, PPE, relocations, laptop/email setup, DMRE compliance)
- Provide accurate HR data maintenance and reporting
- Investigate and resolve employee queries and concerns in a fair and objective manner
- Assist with CCMA case management and liaison with external labour lawyers
Requirements
- 8 years of hands-on HR generalist experience (mining, engineering or heavy industry preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong administrative discipline
- Solid working knowledge of BCEA, LRA, CCMA processes, and DMRE requirements
- Calm, professional communication style with the ability to enforce policy without hesitation
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (if applicable)
- Professional certifications in HR or related fields (if applicable)
