About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Loans Sales Agent in Cape Town City Centre, where you will have the opportunity to promote banking loan products and provide exceptional customer service to prospective and existing customers. With a clear focus on meeting sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer relationships, this is an exciting role for those passionate about sales and finance.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to promote banking loan products
- Understand the customers’ financial needs and recommend suitable loan solutions
- Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Conduct needs analysis and affordability checks during sales calls
- Complete accurate and detailed applications and ensure all supporting documentation is captured correctly
- Follow up with customers for outstanding documentation or further queries
- Handle objections professionally and convert potential leads into closed sales
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate (compulsory)
- Clear credit and criminal record (vetting required)
- 6 months experience selling loans in a call centre environment is essential
