About the Role

The Technical Support intern supports Network Management as well as any OEM and Workshop activities, when required. Impact HR is seeking a motivated individual to join our team and assist with various technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing repair level 1, 2 and 3 special tooling requirements for partners.
  • Support with Customer/OEM Support.
  • Report writing.
  • Assist with following up on Purchase orders and admin.
  • Assist in organizing training days.
  • Assist in collecting and collating training material.
  • Network Management support.
  • Support with keeping Sales Force up to date with customer information.
  • Capturing Audit results and presenting the results.

Requirements

  • Minimum N4 qualification.
  • Strong technical acumen, with special interest in Commercial vehicles.
  • Strong organizational and data management skills.
  • Computer literacy (Excel & Word).
  • French speaking would be advantageous.

Qualifications

  • Completed N4 qualification or higher
