About the Role
Placement Point, a reputable and established company based in Germiston, is seeking an experienced and skilled Tender Admin Clerk to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proven track record in tender administration, and a strong background in office administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Compiling tender documentation for bid applications (about 5 per month)
- Completing tender administration and records management
- Scheduling appointments, diary management, travel coordination, and meeting with logistics
- Drafting correspondence, managing filing systems, and supporting executive-level decision-making
- General admin duties
Requirements
- Matric Diploma in office Administration, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in compiling tender documentation for bid applications
- Strong background in tender administration and records management
- Proficiency in scheduling, diary management, travel coordination, and meeting logistics
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Skilled in drafting correspondence, managing filing systems, and supporting executive-level decision-making
