Job Description

About the Role

The Inventory Supervisor will be responsible for managing, directing and organizing the replenishment and intake of stock within the warehouse, conducting all relating administration activities smoothly. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory levels, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers, and driving business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Plan daily space requirements using WMS
Carry out wall-to-wall stock counts
Investigate stock variance
Ensure all stock is properly labelled at all times and in its designated location
Prepare monthly/weekly and annual inventory reports
Manage inventory accuracy through monitoring and auditing of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, and stock takes to verify results
Liaise with customer service and warehouse personnel and other relevant parties regarding the inventory status
Accurately record stock figures daily

Requirements

3-5 years experience in Warehousing & Distribution Inventory Management
3 years’ experience in Inventory Control
Specialization from a Warehousing & Distribution, Transport, FMCG, QSR or Similar industry
MS Office skills with intermediate MS Excel
