About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join our team at a vehicle dealership in Mbombela. As a key member of our aftersales department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Costing of job cards for vehicles booked into the workshop
Processing of warranties
Following up on vehicles booked into the workshop
Liaising between the client and workshop on progress of vehicles to ensure customer satisfaction
Ensuring timely completion of vehicle servicing tasks

Requirements

Minimum of 3 to 4 years’ experience as Vehicle Service advisor / Aftersales consultant
Experience working within the MOTOR industry and with a corporate branded dealership like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, etc.
Must be able to work under pressure and be customer service orientated
Valid SA Driver’s license
Clear criminal record
