About the Role

As a Beverage Regional Manager at HotelJobs, you will lead and support operational excellence across 15 Woolworths Cafs and Coffee Carts in Gauteng. Your primary focus will be on ensuring exceptional in-cup quality, developing and coaching caf teams, managing people and operational standards, and maintaining compliance with hygiene protocols, disciplinary processes, scheduling, and payroll.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct operational and quality assurance visits to ensure consistent in-cup quality, correct machine calibration, and compliance with beverage standards across all stores.
Deliver on-site training and coaching for baristas and caf teams, including onboarding of new staff.
Manage people operations, ensuring hygiene protocols, food safety standards, and disciplinary procedures are upheld.
Oversee staff schedules and payroll across the region to ensure accurate and timely payroll and efficient scheduling.
Provide first-line troubleshooting for coffee equipment, escalating technical issues where necessary.
Compile and submit operational reports, training logs, and quality assessments.
Participate in market, product, and operational research as required.

Requirements

Completed Matric certificate.
A Hospitality; Training, Operations, or related qualification is advantageous.
25 years experience in coffee, food & beverage, hospitality, or retail operations.
Proven experience in multi-store management, including staff training, coaching, and team leadership.
Strong customer service experience within a retail or caf environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
