Diverse Consulting Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager for our Johannesburg office, specializing in Turn-Key Industrial Engineering services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, technical product knowledge, and experience working with clients in the OEM EPC industries. Key Responsibilities

Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within Manufacturing, FMCG, Mining, Automotive, Packaging, Industrial sectors and with OEM and EPC external Companies/ Clients
For Junior Sales Roles: selling Steel Metal Fabrication Services OR Aluminium Profiles Accessories OR CNC Machining Metal Fabrication Services
For Senior Role’s: must have working Experience with either 6-Axis Industrial Robots OR PLC Systems (Automation Components PLCs & Automation Accessories) OR Industrial Purpose-Built Machinery
Monthly Salary for Junior Roles: R 15 000 – R 25 000 Commission on top Benefits
Monthly Salary for Intermediate to Senior Roles: R 25 000 – R 50 000 Commission on top Benefits
Car allowance / company vehicle. (for Senior Positions & Sales Manager)
Fuel card, tools of trade (laptop, phone) Commission / Discretionary performance bonus.

Requirements

Matric / Grade 12
Valid driver’s license and own transport
1–8 years’ sales experience in Engineering, Technical, Manufacturing, Electrical, Industrial equipment, Automation, or Capital Machinery Sales for OEM EPC Turn-Key Industrial Engineering Sales
Experience selling either 6-Axis Industrial Robots OR PLC Systems (Automation Components PLC’s) OR Industrial Purpose-Built Machinery OR Steel Metal Fabrication Services OR Aluminum Profiles Accessories OR CNC Machining Metal Fabrication Services

Qualifications

Technical qualification: preferably a N2 – N6 Electrical OR Mechanical OR Mechatronics OR Instrumentation (advantage), Diploma, OR related field
1–2 years of sales experience (industrial, fabrication, metalworking, or engineering environment preferred)
