About the Role

A 5* hotel with over 200 rooms and 4 busy F&B outlets seeks an experienced Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to join their team. As a key member of the hospitality team, you will be responsible for managing daily operations, leading a large team, and ensuring exceptional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and motivate a large team in busy F&B outlets
Handle demanding clients and ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with suppliers, chefs, and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality and presentation

Requirements

Tertiary qualification
Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Supervisor for multi-outlets in a 4 or 5* city hotel
Strong service skills with regards to both food and Beverage
Must be able to handle busy outlets and demanding clients
Ability to manage and motivate a large team

Qualifications

Own vehicle and driver’s license
