About the Role

BLACK TIE RECRUIT, a fashion textiles company based in Springfield, is seeking a friendly and organized individual to join our team as a receptionist. As the first point of contact for customers and visitors, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and courteous manner
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information to customers and visitors
  • Schedule appointments and maintain the reception area
