About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with a strong background in payroll operations to join our team at Opensource. As a Senior SAP Payroll Consultant, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on payroll configuration and process implementation, as well as supporting the development of high-quality payroll systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SAP HCM payroll processes
- Develop and implement custom payroll configurations (schemas, rules, wage types, customizing)
- Provide technical support and training to end-users
- Conduct regular reviews and updates of existing payroll processes
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of SAP Payroll operations
- Profound experience with SAP HCM in general (PA/OM/PT)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Precise attention to detail with a diligent focus on quality
- Experience with company pension administration
Qualifications
- SAP HCM certification
- Minimum 6 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll operations, support or development
Salary & Benefits
Note: The salary range for this position is between ZAR 12 lakhs to ZAR 16 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.
