About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator Graduate Internship at Ann Swann Personnel Services. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our sales representatives, managing the front desk, and ensuring smooth operations in our office environment.

Key Responsibilities

Greet visitors, manage incoming calls, and maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.
Assist with filing, photocopying, scanning, scheduling, and general office support.
Schedule, prepare, and set up meeting rooms, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure documentation is organized.

Requirements

Diploma or degree (completed) in Business Administration, Office Management, Marketing, or a related field.
