About the Role

GAP Consulting is seeking an experienced F&I Business Manager to join their team in Midrand. We are looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As an F&I Business Manager, you will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, developing sales strategies, and ensuring that all operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Handle an average of 80 Units per month alone
Perform against Targets
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle legislation, trade practices, dealership policies and procedures
Develop strong communication and negotiation skills

Requirements

Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in a similar role with a proven Track Record
NQF 4 Retail or Short-Term Insurance Qualification with a minimum of 120 FAIS Credits
RE Accreditation
NCA Accreditation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
