About the Role

Our client based in Spartan is seeking an experienced and skilled Invoice Clerk to join their team. As an Invoice Clerk, you will be responsible for preparing invoices, POD Recons, Credit Notes, and ensuring timely payment from customers.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare invoices

Prepare Credit Notes
Send out invoices/credit notes
File invoices/credit notes
Correspond with customers
