About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Functional Consultant to join our team in Gauteng. As an Advanced SAP SD consultant, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our clients across various industries. With solid experience in operations management and Agile working model, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage ticket handling, problem, and incident management for SAP SD projects
• Utilize Operations experience to provide end-user support and training
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
• Oversee additional responsibilities assigned under the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter

Requirements

• SAP SD Certification
• Solid SAP SD experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and keen attention to detail/time management

Qualifications

• Relevant IT/Business Degree or Certifications
• 3 years’ experience
