Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact fundraising partnerships across Africa and globally
• Develop and manage grant proposals and budgets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate, donor, and philanthropic stakeholders
• Oversee financial planning, budget alignment, and financial reporting
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on project impact

Requirements

• Proven fundraising track record
• 5+ years experience in proposal development and grant writing
• Strong organisational, proactive, and adaptable skills
• Financial, reporting, and impact measurement skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
