About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager in our Marketing Automation team to join our dynamic business. As a key member of our marketing automation strategy, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing email marketing campaigns, lead management, automation, and reporting. You will work closely with various teams to provide support and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns within Pardot.
- Build and optimize lead scoring and lead nurturing programs, focusing on improving lead quality and conversion rates.
- Create and manage automated workflows, including drip campaigns, engagement programs, and other automated tasks.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using Pardot and Salesforce reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Provide support to marketing and sales teams on Pardot usage and best practices.
Requirements
- Demonstratable understanding and hands-on experience with marketing automation and email marketing platform.
- Knowledge of marketing automation principles and strategies, including lead lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with Email/Marketing automation integrations to CRM.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, track performance, and provide data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist or Consultant certification highly desirable.
