About the Role

We are seeking an experienced External Sales Representative to join our team at Sharon Nurock Recruitment cc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating revenue by promoting and selling company products or services to new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territory or customer segment.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular visits to customer locations, perform product presentations, and provide sales support.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in line with company policies.
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and events to promote products and network with potential clients.
  • Provide market feedback, competitor analysis, and customer insights to management.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.

Requirements

  • Matric.
  • Sales, Marketing, or Business Degree/Diploma (advantageous).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role (industry-specific experience preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales (preferably in Retail, FMCG, hardware).
