About the Role
We are seeking a highly creative and versatile Multimedia Designer to join our dynamic in-house studio. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes design, thrives under pressure, and can bring our campaigns to life across multiple platforms, from digital banners and social content to in-store signage, motion graphics, and video edits.
Key Responsibilities
- Obtain feedback on designs for campaigns to understand effectiveness and improvement areas.
- Design engaging visual assets across platforms: social media, digital banners, web, mobile, OOH, print, etc.
- Create motion graphics and short-form video content for online and retail campaigns
- Support campaign rollouts by adapting master artwork into multiple formats
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to deliver high-impact creative
- Work on multiple briefs with tight deadlines, fast, accurate, and with flair
Requirements
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communication
- 3 years of experience in a similar multimedia design role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro
- Experience with digital ad formats (HTML5 banners, social templates, etc.)
Qualifications
- Completed tertiary qualification in Design, Multimedia, or Visual Communication
Salary & Benefits
R30 – R45 000pm CTC
