About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Purchase Requisition Clerk to join our team at Fidelity Services Group in Midrand. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for processing Non-Stock Supplier Requisitions, ensuring accurate cost allocation, and meeting strict deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process requisitions on SAP
  • Ensure that the GL account as well as the cost centre allocation on requisitions are correct
  • Follow up on goods receipting on framework orders and other requisitions timeously
  • Daily contact with branch managers/Administrators to ensure items are closed out on the open PO report in the month which the goods are received/service delivered
  • Communicate and follow up on queries with relevant staff and suppliers regarding the requisitions and open POs
  • Assist the finance department where necessary
  • Uploads of National Accounts (e.g. MTN, Vodacom, Telkom, Plus One)
  • Capex Requisitions to be processed ADHOC

Requirements

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
  • Highly motivated and enthusiastic
  • Ability to work under pressure (including meeting month-end and financial year-end deadlines that may require overtime)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate
  • Finance background is advantageous
