About the Role
The Purchase Requisition Clerk role at Fidelity Services Group is a critical position that ensures the smooth processing of Non-Stock Supplier Requisitions, accurate cost allocation to General Ledger Accounts, and timely National Account uploads.
Key Responsibilities
- Process requisitions on SAP
- Ensure correct GL account and cost centre allocation on requisitions
- Adhere to SLAs
- Follow up on goods receipting on framework orders and other requisitions timeously
- Daily contact with branch managers/Administrators to ensure items are closed out on the open PO report in the month of delivery
- Communicate and follow up on queries with relevant staff and suppliers regarding requisitions and open POs
- Assist the finance department where necessary
- Upload National Accounts (e.g. MTN, Vodacom, Telkom, Plus One)
- Process Capex Requisitions as needed
Requirements
- Matric Certificate
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to liaise professionally with personnel at all levels
- Highly motivated and enthusiastic
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting month end and financial year end deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Finance background advantageous (not mandatory)
