About the Role
Bright Placements (PTY) Ltd is seeking an experienced and skilled Travel Consultant to join our team. With a strong knowledge of Southern and East African travel logistics, you will be responsible for quoting and issuing flights and transfers, as well as providing excellent written and verbal communication skills to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Write reports on client travel plans
- Lead meetings with clients and stakeholders
- Quote and issue flights and transfers
- Provide luxury, safari, or tailor-made travel options
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant
- Strong knowledge of Southern and East African travel logistics
- Experience with luxury, safari, or tailor-made travel preferred
- Proven experience quoting and issuing flights and transfers
- Familiarity with airline fare structures and routing logic
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems
Qualifications
- Completed Bachelor’s degree (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
[Salary range: R 500,000 – R 700,000 per annum, plus commission on bookings]
