About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Leader to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a key member of our Cape Union Mart store, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. With a minimum of 8 years’ retail experience and 5 years of store management experience, you possess the expertise to lead our team to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve annual sales budgets through meeting and exceeding daily and monthly targets
  • Manage financial aspects of running the store to ensure profitability
  • Adhere to merchandising standards in line with brand requirements
  • Ensure proper stock management and control to minimize loss and maintain product availability
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a best-in-class customer experience
