About the Role
Pepkor Lifestyle is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Account Management Consultant. As a recent graduate or holder of a Diploma/Degree with little work experience, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a compliant and customer-centric manner to secure a Promise to Pay, ensuring collections and arrears targets are met.
- Communicate effectively to obtain relevant information from customers.
- Handle interactions with care and professionalism.
Requirements
- In-depth understanding of Pepkor Lifestyle policies, processes, and Collections systems.
- Familiarity with relevant legislation (CPA, NCA, etc.).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant systems/applications.
Qualifications
Matric certificate and a Diploma/Degree in customer service, business communication, or a related field.
