About the Role
Our client, an established construction contractor with operations across multiple provinces, is seeking four experienced Construction Supervisors (Site Agents) to lead site operations on significant construction projects in the Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, and Free State regions. These immediate opportunities are for seasoned site management professionals with proven track records on large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from conception to completion
- Write reports and update project progress
- Lead meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders
- Coordinate site activities and ensure compliance with regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress
Requirements
- National Diploma or BTech in Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of site supervision/site agent experience in construction
- Proven track record as Site Agent on civil engineering or renewable projects
- Experience managing sites with 40 employees or more
- Experience managing subcontractors and multi-trade operations
Qualifications
- Completed National Diploma or BTech in Construction Management
