About the Role
A well-established, large Multi Franchise Dealership is seeking an experienced Commercial vehicle service manager to join their Tzaneen branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and monitoring of the Commercial Vehicle department activities and processes to maximize customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects to ensure efficient commercial vehicle operations
- Write reports on departmental performance and progress
- Lead meetings with team members and stakeholders
- Plan and implement new initiatives to improve customer service
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Driver’s license
- Automotive Industry Experience ESSENTIAL
- At least 5 years’ experience in a Commercial Vehicle Service Manager role in an automotive environment
- Strong organizational, financial, sales process and management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
