About the Role

Spearhead the design, simulation, and development of Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) for advanced aerospace and defense systems in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor Junior Engineers
  • Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Ensure compliance with stringent industry standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years’ experience (15 years preferred) in electronic hardware design
  • Military or Aerospace industry experience advantageous
  • Proficiency in Altium (non-negotiable)
  • Proficiency in simulation tools such as LTspice or similar
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Familiarity with standards: DO-160, MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-704, and DO-254

Qualifications

  • BEng or MEng in Electronic Engineering (or similar)
