About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Legal Advisor to join our team at Edenvale. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial law background, with a minimum of 5 years’ post-admission legal experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and managing complex litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft independent contractual agreements
- Manage litigations and compliance
- Provide solid knowledge of South African commercial law and exposure to international legal frameworks
Requirements
- LLB Degree Admitted Attorney of the High Court
- Minimum 5 years’ post-admission legal experience
- Strong commercial law background
- Independent contractual drafting skills
- Solid knowledge of South African commercial law and exposure to international legal frameworks
Qualifications
- Completed LLB Degree
