About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced General Manager to lead our hospitality operations in Colchester, Eastern Cape. As a seasoned professional with a proven track record in managing 4-star or higher guesthouses, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maximizing profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the guesthouse
- Oversee housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams
- Implement cost-saving measures to optimize profitability
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure efficient service delivery
Requirements
- Proven experience as a General Manager in a 4-star or higher guesthouse (minimum of 2 years)
- Strong knowledge of PMS and POS Systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
Salary & Benefits
Salary: R25,000 – R30,000 per month. Performance Bonus Accommodation (House). Company car Travel Perks Medical Insurance coverage. Provident Fund contributions. Starting Date: ASAP
