About the Role
NWJ Resourcing is seeking a skilled Re-Engineering Draughtsman to join our client’s team in Germiston, where they will play a crucial role in reverse-engineering existing components, redesigning outdated or obsolete parts, and producing accurate technical drawings and 3D models to support manufacturing improvements, cost reduction, and product optimization. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical understanding, CAD proficiency, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Creo, Inventor or similar)

- 3-5 years drafting experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment
- Previous experience in reverse engineering or redesign work is highly advantageous
