are currently assisting a company with premium lodges in Zambia, to identify a charismatic and experienced This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and charismatic Lodge Manager to manage an exclusive & remote safari lodge. This role is ideally suited to a seasoned hospitality professional who thrives in a luxury wilderness environment and is passionate about delivering world-class, highly personalized guest experiences. The successful candidate will take full operational ownership of the lodge, leading both Front and Back of House teams to consistently uphold the highest 5-star standards. This position requires a hands-on leader with strong financial acumen, a refined understanding of luxury service, and the ability to inspire, mentor, and develop a diverse team in a remote setting. Requirements Minimum of 5 years Lodge Management experience gained at remote exclusive 5* African lodges. Higher Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar. Good understanding of 5* standards, policies and procedures required for BOH & FOH in a high-end property. Good F&B knowledge and up to date with latest trends Computer and financial skills Energetic, proactive person with well-developed understanding of the importance of providing a world-class guest experience. Highly presentable and professional Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and delegation skills Attention to detail and the passion to create a unique, personalized experience for each guest. Willingness/ability to share information and teach and inspire others. Must be able to cope under pressure to meet and exceed guests’ needs.
