Sales Supervisor Hardware / Building Materials (12 month contract) The vibe This role is for a natural leader who enjoys coaching people, driving performance, and solving real customer and operational challenges. You’ll sit between management, sales, and operations, making things happen. What you’ll be doing Leading and motivating a team of sales representatives Setting targets and tracking performance and KPIs Coaching, mentoring, and addressing underperformance Supporting key accounts and high-value deals Handling complex customer and internal challenges Preparing reports, forecasts, and presentations Working closely with logistics and finance teams What you’ll need Bachelor’s degree 4–8 years sales experience (glass or building materials preferred) Proven sales leadership experience Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel Why this role works for you Leadership growth Real decision-making power Fast-paced, high-impact environment Strong mix of people management and strategy
