Job Description
- Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies to strengthen organisational visibility
- Manage public relations, media engagement, and stakeholder communications
- Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and promotional initiatives
- Oversee brand consistency across all platforms and materials
- Create and manage marketing content for digital and traditional channels
- Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, donors, and partners
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports
- Identify new opportunities to grow brand awareness and fundraising income
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) – essential
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field – advantageous
- Proven experience in marketing, public relations, and fundraising
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle – essential
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Driven, energetic, and results-oriented with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
