Job Description
Massage & Wellness Services
- Treatment Delivery: Perform professional massage treatments such as Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, and pressure point therapy.
- Guest Consultations: Assess client needs, provide personalized treatment recommendations, and educate them on healthy-living practices.
- Spa Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa area, manage product inventory, and handle treatment bookings.
Housekeeping & General Upkeep
- Room Maintenance: Assist the interior team with cleaning guest rooms, changing linens, and ensuring spaces are highly presentable.
- Sanitization: Scrub and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas using appropriate chemicals.
- Laundry Operations: Manage washing, drying, ironing, and sorting of guest and facility linens.
- Public Areas: Keep lobbies, hallways, and social spaces tidy and well-maintained.
Administrative & Service Support
- Inventory Management: Monitor and report on cleaning and spa supply levels to ensure timely replenishment.
- Facility Inspections: Identify and report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to management.
- Guest Relations: Welcome guests, respond to queries, and provide detailed information on treatments and products
Requirements
- Certification: Must have a background or training in massage therapist
- Experience: Typically requires 25+ years of experience in a lodge, yacht, or luxury hotel environment.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for long periods, perform physical cleaning tasks.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
