Job Summary:
We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Customer Service Appointment Bookings Specialist to handle customer service inquiries, book appointments, and provide exceptional service to our customers. You will work with customers via phone, email, or other channels, ensuring accurate appointment scheduling and addressing customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries and book appointments in a timely and professional manner.
