About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team at Riseup Management. The ideal candidate will provide proactive and comprehensive support to the Director, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional executive support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide proactive and comprehensive support to the Director
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Act as a key point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare agendas, briefing notes, presentations, and reports
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High level of discretion and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace and virtual meeting tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (if applicable)
