General Manager | Durban | Upmarket Restaurant We are seeking a dynamic and experienced GENERAL MANAGER to lead the daily operations, guest experience, revenue growth, and team culture of a premium lifestyle restaurant concept. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a strategic operator with a passion for hospitality excellence and team development. START DATE AUTUMN 2026 Purpose of the Role To drive operational excellence, elevate guest experience, and foster a high-performance culture across both FOH and BOH teams. The GM will work closely with Head Office to activate brand collaborations, events, and marketing initiatives.
